Radius and Ulna fractures in small dogs: Successful splinting

Radius and Ulna fractures can have a high success rate with splinting however, case selection becomes important here.  The young patient (less than 1year of age) definitely does better with a splint that the adult patient.  Watch the video for more detail but the essential point is: encourage the owners of adult dogs with a fractured radius and ulna to pursue surgical repair.
