This membership agreement is between you, the member, and Focus and Flourish; a division of Anne Sylvestre Professional Corporation, located in Ontario, Canada.

By signing up and/or using the Focus and Flourish proprietary Continuing Education Materials you agree unconditionally to the terms of this agreement.

1. This Membership Agreement commences upon signing up as a Focus&Flourish member; which includes acceptance of these terms of use and the first payment.

2. The initial term of this agreement is for a period of one(1) year, beginning on the Member’s (Corporate and Individual) sign-up date. After the initial 12 month period, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

3. The membership will be terminated when the member gives a 30day written notice of NON-RENEWAL

4. The notice of NON-RENEWAL must be in writing and can be done by sending an email to info@focusandflourish.com. Focus&Flourish will send an acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours. IT IS THE MEMBER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY THAT THEY HAVE THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT; please resend the non-renewal email if you do not receive an email from Focus&Flourish within 48hrs.

5. The Membership fee allows the member access to all components of the website, including live webinars and their recordings. Access to these components expires upon expiration of the membership.

6. Individual Membership purchaser agrees that the login information to the website is for his/her use only and that the login information will not be shared with anyone else.7. The Corporate Membership purchaser agrees that the login information to the website is to be used by the “current/active” associates (sub-accounts) of their corporation. Their sub accounts agree not to share their individual login information. When an associate leaves the corporation’s employ, the sub account membership must be deleted. It is the corporation’s responsibility to keep the list of sub-accounts up to date.

8. Focus&Flourish will never share personal or corporate information (including email addresses and payment information) with other parties and will do everything within it’s power to keep the information confidential and safe.

9. Focus&Flourish does not guarantee that the site will always be safe, secure or error-free; or that the site will always function without delays or interruptions.

10. The content on this website is the intellectual property of Focus&Flourish. The reproduction, transmission, distribution, sale, publication, broadcast, circulation or dissemination of any of the content on the Focus&Flourish website and social media sites is strictly prohibited unless express written consent has been agreed to by Dr Anne Sylvestre.

11. It is each individual’s (members and sub-accounts) to verify that the CE course completed through Focus&Flourish qualifies for CE credits in their region. While all the information contained on the Focus&Flourish site is accurate at the time it is posted, there are frequent new studies, opinions and variations to accepted veterinary practice. Also, the content may be the expressed medical opinion of the speaker. It is the user’s responsibility to verify that the information provided is appropriate and up-to-date. We make no guarantee that the use of the information or techniques contained in or demonstrated in any CE course offered through Focus&Flourish will be successful.

12. Focus&Flourish reserves the right to terminate a membership for breach of this agreement without notice.
