How to Add Sub-Accounts

You can add sub accounts in two simple steps.

  1. Create a CSV file and add users in it you want to add.
  2. Upload that CSV file to add users.

Sub-Accounts CSV File Format

The only fields needed for the CSV are:

* Username (“username”)  
* Email (“email”)  
* First name (“first_name”)  
* Last name (“last_name”)

Want to Download Sample CSV File

After adding users in CSV file you can add them by uploading CSV file.

Where to Upload CSV File

Go to Dashboard > My Profile > Subscrptions > Sub Accounts > Scroll down to the bottom of page > Choose File > UPload CSV
