Dr Brock hails from Quebec City and Montreal. She obtained her DVM degree in 1982 from the Ontario Veterinary College at The University of Guelph. After 3 years in small animal general and emergency practice, Nancy went on to complete a residency in Anesthesia and Critical Patient Care at the University of California, Davis receiving board certification from the American College of Veterinary Anesthesia and Analgesia (ACVAA) in 1995.
Upon completing ACVAA certification, Dr Brock returned to private practice where she provided clinical anesthesia delivery services as well as training and guidance to practice teams in general, specialty and emergency facilities in California, the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada.
Since 2016, Dr. Brock has relocated to Quebec and Ontario. Using video conferencing technology, she renders anesthesia support and real time assistance during clinical anesthesia delivery to small animal practitioners throughout North America. She also provides mentoring and advanced training in anesthesia techniques and decision making.
